Window Guards.
Tough yet lightweight, the proven CABINCARE window guards are manufactured
from 6mm black polypropylene and provide an economic solution for
window protection.
Fitting
is by way of powder coated hanging brackets pop riveted to the cabin
side. From these brackets the guards are hung and secured by snaplocks
which are pop riveted to the cabin below the windows.
LET THE FRESH
AIR IN BUT KEEP THE INSECTS OUT! Fitted
to the side hatch, roof hatch or front door, the unique cassette
roller insect screen provides year round protection against the
discomfort and irritation caused by wasps and all other pests is
available in brown or white and can be fitted using basic tools.
The cassette and guide rails fit within or around the opening of
the hatch, front door or houdini.
The
mesh is pulled down using handles on the sliding bar. When not in
use the screen is simply retrated back into the spring-loaded roller
cassette and the screen can be forgotten.
A
clear polycarbonate insert is also available for winter cruising which
fits into the existing guide rails. This is only 2mm thick and fits
into the existing rails of the insect screen by means of flexing the
two handles on the polycarbonate insert. This feature gives light
but retains warmth within the cabin.
For hopper and sliding windows we have developed a removable flyscreen
constructed from a sandwich of ABS and PVC coated fibreglass meash.
To utilise the screens, firstly remove the existing hopper window
and replace it with the screen ensuring that it fits tightly into
the aperture by jamming something between the screen and hopper guide.
This feature is again an economical way of keeping the bugs at bay.
All we need to know is the overall dimensions of your hopper glass.
